We aim to make a positive difference in a person's life by teaching with authentic Tahitian and Hula Dancing in an exhilarating way.  A fun and empowering environment along with effective group fitness workouts will ignite one's mana/spirit and support an individual's passion for a balanced and healthy life.

About Us

Pack up your aloha spirit and head over to Tahiti for an island-style workout and fun. Hips swaying and shaking to the beat of the Polynesian drums and Island Music - you'll get an exotic cardio workout, while toning and strengthening the legs, glutes, abs and arms. Tahiti-Fit combines fast (o’tea) and slow (ahuroa and hula) movements that tone and sculpt the body using cardio fitness to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
